Motor Generator Sets

1. Motor generator sets consist of synchronous generator units, synchronous motor, control system, and installation floor slab with a separated smooth-processed structure on both sides.
2. Uses sliding bearings with the most advanced domestic bearing structure to prevent leakage.
3. Equipped with a high-pressure oil top-up device, which operates when the generator sets run and stops when the sets stop.
4. Lubricating and cooling are maintained through static pressure using the upper tank near the top tank, forming an effective oil cycle.
5. Lubrication tubing monitors and controls the oil state within the bearings.
6. The high oil tank capacity is sufficient to reduce generator set speed to zero while maintaining effective cooling.
7. All inlet and outlet oil flow indicators of the motor and generator are visible on the control panel via PLC during testing.
